This academic understanding between two global Universities\nwill allow students to experience the best of both worlds. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Professor (Dr.) C Raj Kumar<\/strong>, the Founding Vice Chancellor, Jindal Global University speaking on the occasion said,\u201d A quality global business degree program can, not only help students develop a strong foundation in business fundamentals but also help to acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to compete in a global, international marketplace. Students in such programs can learn a diverse skill sets, including how to construct management practices and processes in an international environment while recognizing global differences. JGU aspires to increase the quantity and raise the quality of higher education institutions in India, we need to draw from experiences around the world\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>University of Otago offers Master of International Business (MIntBus)\nand Master of Marketing Course (MMart). Both are 12 months, full-time courses\nof study. Students will complete the first year of their JGU MBA programme at\nJGU in Sonepat campus and satisfy the requirements for the second year of the\nJGU MBA by completing the Otago Master of International Business (MIntBus) and\nMaster of Marketing Course (MMart).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>JGU will recognise the Otago MIntBus and MMart as the second year of JGU\nMBA. Upon successful completion of Otago MIntBus and MMart, students will be\nawarded both the JGU MBA and Otago MIntBus and MMart. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Commenting on the development, <strong>Dr. Tapan Panda, Dean<\/strong>,\nJindal Global Business School (JGBS), said, \u201cNew Zealand is becoming a new\ndestination for management students due to quality of life as well as\nopportunity for professional excellence. Students of JGU have an opportunity to\nearn dual masters through this partnership. They can complete their first year\nof MBA here and then proceed to Otago Business School for completing their\nsecond year. They can join two programs namely Master of International Business\nand Master of Marketing. The students will receive a scholarship of NZ$5000\nduring the program. Such an initiative will help JGU in building truly world\nclass business leaders\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otago University is New Zealand\u2019s first University, founded in\n1869. In the almost 150 years since, Otago has prided itself on being a\nresearch-led University with an international reputation for excellence. It is\nranked 151 in the 2017\/18 QS World University Rankings and in the top 100 in 12\nsubject areas. It received a Five Stars Plus QS Stars University rating in\n2016. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The offered programs have intake of five students per course of Jindal\nGlobal Business School students. The students will also receive a sum of\nNZ$5000 towards accommodation scholarship in each program. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About 91Ì½»¨<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>JGU is a non-profit global university established by the Haryana\nPrivate Universities (Second Amendment) Act, 2009.
