This poses several challenges for business managers in terms of navigating various complex pieces outside an enterprise\u2019s core operations. One of the most important aspects is the regulatory environment. This encompasses many things including compliance, contracts, and approvals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to successfully manage all these, a business manager needs to have a solid grasp of legal issues. No longer is the study of law meant only for lawyers. Today law touches every aspect of a business\u2019s lifecycle, where a lack of understanding can prove fatal. Keeping this in mind, Jindal Global Law School at 91̽»¨ has designed the Master of Business Laws programme. This programme seeks to equip business professionals from non-legal backgrounds with specialised business-oriented legal skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a 2-year non-residential degree course with subjects taught during evenings and weekends, the teaching schedule of the Master of Business Laws programme has been designed to dovetail neatly with the diverse responsibilities and time constraints of the modern executive.
