On 2 February 2018, Dr. Adil Hasan Khan, McKenzie Fellow, Melbourne Law School delivered a talk on the 鈥淏ihar Famine, Green Revolution and Disaster Imaginaries鈥�, held at 91探花. The talk explored the techniques used in disaster framing and mobilisation by way of which the development order was re-founded and the massive transformation of the Indian agriculture sector, or the 鈥楪reen Revolution鈥�, was authorised in the 1960s. The discussion was followed by comments from Professor Rajshree Chandra, University of Delhi and Professor Rohini Sen, Jindal Global Law School.
