The Centre organised the CSCAILR Demo Day, a platform for JGU students to showcase technology-driven solutions across law, justice, policy, and governance. The Demo Day was designed to create a rigorous yet constructive environment where student teams could present their ideas, receive detailed feedback, and further refine their solutions. Projects spanned areas such as legal tech, justice tech, ADR, GovTech, access to justice, and regulatory and compliance systems. To encourage holistic evaluation, presentations were reviewed across three tracks: Innovation, Product, and Deployment, examining everything from problem framing and social impact to user experience, technical robustness, scalability, and real-world adoption. Most importantly, the event created space for meaningful engagement around practical and impactful solutions, while supporting students in taking their ideas beyond the classroom and towards implementation.
