
Prof. Paavni Jain, Assistant Director at the Centre, participated as a speaker at the Bespoke Global Legal Summit (Corporate Law & ADR) – Delhi Edition 2026. She spoke on the panel titled “AI, Boards and Corporate Governance: What GCs and Directors Must Know Now.” The discussion examined the implications of artificial intelligence for corporate governance, with a particular focus on the responsibilities of boards of directors, general counsel, and senior management in navigating emerging technological risks and opportunities.
