Prof. Ashiv Choudhary and Prof. Harsh Mahaseth have co-authored a book chapter titled 鈥淭he Arbitrability of Smart Contract Disputes Amid Legal Uncertainties in Digital Arbitration鈥� in Law and Regulation of AI, Blockchain, and Digital Rights (IGI Global, 2026).
