The session brought together visiting Fellows from the Motwani Jadeja Institute for American Studies (MJIAS) and faculty members of the Centre for a focused exchange on emerging issues in global technology governance. The discussion examined key themes including the regulation of online content across jurisdictions, the use of data in AI training and its policy implications, developments in copyright law in India, and the growth of open-source ecosystems in India, the European Union, and the United States.
