Prof. Sidharth Chauhan, Director of the Centre, delivered a seminar during his time as a Visiting Scholar at the SMU Yong Pung How School of Law, Singapore Management University. The seminar addressed the evolution of India’s competition law, with a focus on the political economy of regulation and the growing challenges posed by digital markets and AI-driven business models. The engagement offered an opportunity to situate India’s regulatory trajectory in a comparative and international context, and to contribute the Centre’s research perspective to global academic conversations on competition law, digital regulation, and the governance of AI-driven economic activity.
