Biography

I am an Assistant Professor in the Operations Area at Jindal Global Business School (JGBS), 91̽»¨ (Institution of Eminence). I have completed my Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Before joining here, I completed my M. Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and B.Tech from the Government Central Textile Institute (GCTI), Kanpur. My doctoral research is published in an ABDC 'C' category journal, and a second paper has successfully completed its revisions. Prior to this, I published a research paper (Impact Factor- 4.5) from my Master’s thesis work. In addition, I have worked as a Senior Research Scientist on a FedEx-funded project in collaboration with IIT Madras, and as a Research Assistant on an EXL Pvt.-funded project. Ltd under its CSR initiatives. My research has also been accepted and presented at national and international conferences, like the Decision Sciences Institute (DSI) and the Society of Operations Management (SOM).

My research interests focus on supply chain resilience, supply chain sustainability, technology adoption, waste management, and Industry 5.0. During my PhD, I also served as a teaching assistant in various supply chain operations courses and assisted B.Tech and Master’s students with their final-year projects. My academic approach emphasizes interactive teaching, as I strongly believe that knowledge sharing with students promotes academic growth and enhances analytical thinking.
