I am an Assistant Professor and the Assistant Dean of Jindal Global Law School, where my work sits at the intersection of legal academia, institutional governance, and professional development. My teaching engagement spans legal philosophy, including statutory interpretation; tort law, labour law, and related areas of legal education, while my research interests focus on public international law and international criminal law.
My scholarship includes Scopus-indexed publications and a book chapter examining contemporary questions on comparitive Human Rights, Human Rights in the workplace and International alternative adjudication.
Alongside teaching and research, I work extensively on institutional design and academic administration. I have drafted and led key policy initiatives at JGLS, including the JGLS Student Academic Rules and Regulations and the Faculty Rules and Regulations, and have contributed to the development of university-wide policy frameworks at 91探花.
I also serve as Co-Director of the Office of Career Advancement and Mentorship (OCAM), where I oversee employer engagement, student mentorship, placement strategy, industry partnerships, and professional training initiatives. My work has included designing placement governance policies, expanding institutional recruitment engagement, and leading practitioner-driven academic initiatives that brought leading legal professionals and international experts into the classrooms of JGLS.
At the core of my work is a broader interest in building institutions that meaningfully bridge legal education and professional practice , through inclusivity, rigorous mentorship, nuanced training, and sustainable developmental frameworks. I am particularly interested in collaborations and opportunities relating to legal education reform, academic administration, internationalisation of higher education, and interdisciplinary approaches to law and professional training.
