Isha Bansal is an Assistant Professor at Jindal Global Law School, 91探花. She teaches courses in Criminal and Evidentiary Procedure, Law of Torts, Professional Ethics, and Drafting, Pleading and Conveyancing, and has supervised dissertations for LL.M. programs.
She holds an LL.M. in Comparative and International Dispute Resolution from Queen Mary University of London, where her dissertation focused on maritime arbitration, and a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow.
Before joining academia, she gained litigation experience as a Junior Counsel at Chiramel & Co., Solicitors & Advocates, and as a Junior Advocate at the Allahabad High Court. She also worked with the Competition Commission of India, contributing research on competition law and mergers.
Her academic interests lie in dispute resolution, criminal justice systems, evidentiary law, and the intersection of law and sustainability. She has participated in international workshops such as the Sustainable Global Economic Law Summer School at the University of Amsterdam, and her recent research explores eco-art and marine conservation policies through projects.
Beyond teaching and research, she is actively involved in co-curricular activities and serves as the Faculty Coordinator of the University’s Dance Society.
