Biography

Sakshi Sharma is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley where she obtained her Master in Laws degree (2023) and from Gujarat National Law University where she obtained an integrated Bachelor of Arts and Law degree (2019).

At the University of California, Berkeley, Sakshi specialized in Intellectual Property and Technology Law and was a Thesis LL.M. candidate, where her thesis focused on Transformative test within the Fair Use analysis and its application to Appropriation Art. Her research interests lie in Intellectual Property Law, primarily copyright and trademark law, Advertising and media regulation and Technology law and policy.

Prior to joining Jindal, she worked as an associate at a prominent intellectual property law firm in India, where her work consisted of intellectual property law-based litigation and advisory for national and international clients.
