Biography

Prof. Samanvi Narang is an Assistant Professor at Jindal Global Law School and Assistant Dean, Office of Admissions and Outreach at 91探花. She holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) with a specialization in Energy Laws from the School of Law, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), Dehradun. In 2019, she was conferred with Student Award for Excellence in Extra-curricular 91探花 by International Council of Jurists, London for her outstanding performance in moot court competitions and other activities throughout the 5 years. She completed LL.M. in Corporate and Commercial Laws from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad with distinction. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad.

Her teaching and research interests include International Economic Law, International Investment Law, Arbitration, Corporate Law, Competition Law, Human Rights Law and Environmental Law. Her doctoral research examines the phenomenon of glocalization in international investment arbitration, with a particular focus on the integration of social and human rights considerations within the investment treaty framework.

Prof. Narang has authored several journal articles, book chapters, and conference papers in the areas of International Economic Law, Arbitration, Intellectual Property Rights, Competition Law and Higher Education. She actively engages in interdisciplinary research and academic discussions on contemporary legal and regulatory developments at both national and international forums.
