Biography

Dr. Pooja Patnaik is currently associated with Jindal Institute of Behavioral Sciences. Prior to Jindal she worked as a Visiting Assistant Professor in IIM Rohtak in the area of Organization Behavior and Human Resource Management. She completed her Ph.D. from the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur (2021). She has done M.Phil. in the area of Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Utkal University, Odisha and MBA with HR Specialization from Ravenshaw University, Odisha. She has been associated with various projects and eMDP’s actively all throughout her teaching tenure. Her research interests lies in compensation management, climate change, corporate governance, and happiness at work.
