Jindal Adelaide Architecture Pathway (Ba.Bes + B.Archdes + M.Arch)

The Jindal Adelaide pathway at JSDA is the only internationaly accredited Bachelor's and Master's programme of Architecture in India today. Designed as a 3+1+2 year progression programme between JSDA, JGU and the School of Architecture and Built Environment (SABE), the University of Adelaide, this programme a lows graduates to become a part of the global architectural workforce in over 35 countries worldwide, including, Canada, USA, Australia and New Zealand.

All admissions to JGU’s academic programmes are conducted strictly on merit. JGU has no management quota, no donation/capitation seats, no NRI/Foreign National quota, and no special quota of any kind.

Paying or offering any form of donation or capitation fee for admission to JGU is illegal, and individuals involved in such activities are liable for criminal prosecution.

How this works - Undergrad level

3 YEARS AT JSDA, JGU

Build a solid foundation in design over three years at JSDA, mastering creative skills and innovative thinking about architecture.

1 YEAR AT SCHOOL OF ARCHITECTURE AND BUILT ENVIRONMENT, UOA

Transfer to the UoA's Bachelor of Architectural Design programme in year four. Upon successful completion you earn a Bachelor of Architectural Design from UoA and a Bachelor of Arts (Built Environment Studies) from JSDA.

GRADUATE LEVEL – 2 YEARS

Proceed to the Two-year Graduate Programme in Architecture at the UoA. Upon successful completion you earn an Internationally Accredited Professional Master's Degree in Architecture (M. Arch).

3 YEAR B.A. BUILD ENVIRONMENT STUDIES (JGU) + 1 YEAR BACHELOR'S OF ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN (ADELAIDE) + 2 YEARS MASTER OF ARCHITECTURE PROGRAMME (ADELAIDE)
ELIGIBILITY
 
Submission and shortlisting of application on the basis of Personal Statement.
 
Jindal Creative Aptitude Test (JCAT) or submission of NID/UCEED score.
 
Evaluation of portfolio and performance in personal interview.
SELECTION PROCESS
 
Successful completion of the Class 12 examination in any Stream from an Indian or Recognized international board (CBSE |ISC | State Board | Cambridge | IB | NIOS).
 
IB students must secure a diploma with minimum 24 credits with minimum 3 HL and 3 SL subjects.
 
Cambridge board students must secure an A level certificate.
