Definition of health according to WHO, World Health Organization- health is \u201ca state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.\u201d This definition implies that health is not just about the absence of illness but also about the presence of positive factors that enhance our quality of life.<\/p>\n
