Admission Requirements
Eligibility Criteria – Indian Applicants
- Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent) with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks from any university in India or abroad duly recognized by law and relevant regulatory authorities.
- Students graduating by July 2026 are also eligible to apply.
Such applicants must submit their final degree certificate/mark sheet at the time of admission.
Admission Procedure
A.Entrance Examination – 70% Weightage
Admission to the LL.M. programme shall be based on the performance in any one of the following entrance examinations:
- JSAT–LAW Entrance Test 2026
- CLAT–PG 2026
B.Supporting Documents – 30% Weightage
Applicants are required to submit the following documents online:
- Statement of Purpose (SOP)
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) – including work experience and publications (if any)

Admission Requirements – International Applicants
- International applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks from a foreign university duly recognized under the laws of the applicant’s home country.
- Students graduating in 2026 may also apply, subject to submission of their final degree certificate/mark sheet/grade card at the time of admission.

Registration Fee – Important Note
- A Registration Fee of INR 2,50,000 is payable at the time of admission.
- This amount is adjusted against the First Semester Tuition Fee.
- Non-payment may lead to withdrawal of the admission offer.
- The amount is refundable as per the University Refund Policy if the applicant chooses not to join.

Note:
The Security Deposit of INR 50,000 is fully refundable upon completion of the programme and issuance of a No Dues Certificate. No interest shall be payable on this deposit.
