
JGU will hold an International Convention on 'Constitutionalism in the Age of Artificial Intelligence: Transforming Courts, Rights and Governance' from November 26 to 28.
The Convention will bring together distinguished judges, scholars, policymakers, technologists, regulators, lawyers, civil society leaders, and institutional stakeholders from across the world to deliberate upon the constitutional, legal, ethical, and governance challenges emerging in the age of artificial intelligence (AI).
The inaugural session of the Convention on November 26 will commemorate Constitution Day of India. As part of the celebrations, the Constitution Day Lecture will be delivered by Professor Jeffrey Rosen, Professor of Law at The George Washington University Law School and CEO Emeritus of the National Constitution Center, USA.
The three-day Convention will feature 44 thematic sessions on constitutional courts and judicial systems, digital rights and freedoms, democratic governance, AI regulation, cybersecurity, emerging technologies, public institutions, and the future of constitutional democracy.
