
Jindal Institute of Leadership Development and Executive Education (JILDEE) conducted two training programmes for Bhutanese educators in collaboration with the Jindal Institute of Behavioural Sciences (JIBS).
The courses, conducted from May 4 to 8 and May 18 to 22 on JGU campus, were designed for educators from the Royal Government of Bhutan on the theme 'The Global Framework in Local Classroom: An Orientation to Cambridge Curriculum for the Educators of Bhutan'. They were conducted under the guidance of Course Director, Lt. Gen. Rajesh Kochhar, Senior Director, JILDEE, along with Academic Course Director, Pulkit Khanna.
The sessions were delivered by JIBS faculty, focusing on integrating global educational frameworks into local classroom practices. The training emphasised experiential learning, pedagogical innovation, and the practical application of the Cambridge Curriculum, enabling participants to enhance their teaching methodologies.
