Jindal Institute of Leadership Development and Executive Education (JILDEE)
JGU shares its expertise with working professionals through the Jindal Institute of Leadership Development and Executive Education (JILDEE), one of the University’s capacity-building institutes. Established in 2012, JILDEE draws on JGU’s faculty and international academic partners, together with experts from industry and government, to train the leaders of today and tomorrow. It runs open-enrolment and customised programmes for government agencies, public sector undertakings, corporations and non-profit organisations.
JILDEE’s teaching is hands-on. Programmes combine lectures, simulations, small-group interaction, action-learning projects and case studies, so participants can take what they learn straight back to their workplaces. These programmes support SDG 4, in particular Target 4.3 (lifelong learning) and Target 4.4 (relevant skills for work).
