The deadline for registration as well as abstract submission is the 15th of November 2026. Participants are encouraged to register well before the deadline to allow sufficient time for submission-related formalities, travel arrangements and review of their abstract by the scientific committee.
Yes. If you wish to attend the conference without presenting a paper, you must register as a “participant.
Registration will be reviewed separately by the respective committee. After successfully submitting the form, you will receive an automated confirmation email from OP Jindal Global University. This email confirms that your form has been received; it does not mean that your abstract or proposal has been accepted. The outcome will be communicated to the email address provided in your registration.
Participants are encouraged to choose the format most relevant to their work and professional background. Academics and researchers may submit papers for presentation, while practitioners may express interest in panel discussions. To avoid scheduling conflicts and allow more participants an opportunity to share their work, we recommend choosing one format, and not more than one presentation/panel participation per person.
The last date for abstract submission is 15th of November 2026. Please refer to the official conference website (/wulf/star-global-conference-2026/) and abstract submission form for the required format, word limit, and submission instructions. There is no separate form for abstract submission. Instead, there is a designated section for the abstract to be submitted within the registration form itself.
Yes. Certificates of participation will be issued to participants who attend all days of the conference.

The optional post-conference heritage tour to Delhi and Agra is open only to international delegates. The tour is available at a charge of USD 50 per participant. The payment needs to be made during the time of online registration. Further details, including the itinerary and how to register for the tour, will be shared with eligible participants closer to the conference dates.
